We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. However, order allocation and processing begin shortly after an order is placed. Once an order has entered the allocation or processing stage, it cannot be canceled.
Please note that the following factors may cause delays in shipping:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses (including missing apartment or suite numbers)
Inventory being sourced from multiple locations
Changes made to the shipping address or items in the order
Delays in fraud verification for higher-risk orders
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL, based on the customer’s selection at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email and SMS.
